1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following criteria:

Returned within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.

In its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.

2. Non-Returnable Items

4. Return Process

5. Refunds

6. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, Bluwave Multi Supply Limited will cover the cost of return shipping.

For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt. We are not liable for lost or undelivered returns.
7. Exchanges
We allow product exchanges for the same item if:

The original item is returned in resaleable condition

The exchange request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

8. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement as long as they have not been dispatched. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
